LOKE YUEN HONG

Loke Yuen Hong HAS extensive experience in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. He graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.

Over the course of his practice, Yuen Hong has handled a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, employment matters, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes, land disputes, housing development claims, and defamation matters. He has represented clients at all levels of the Malaysian courts, including the Federal Court.

Known for his practical and commercially driven approach, Yuen Hong believes in delivering solutions that are strategic, effective, and aligned with his clients’ business objectives.

FONG JIA WEN

Fong Jia Wen specialises in dispute resolution and civil litigation. She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya after completing her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP).

Jia Wen has experience handling a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, fraud, landlord and tenant disputes, bankruptcy, defamation, and intellectual property disputes. She has appeared in matters across all levels of the Malaysian courts. In 2021, she successfully obtained damages of RM400,000.00 in a defamation suit filed in High Court.

In addition to litigation, Jia Wen also advises clients on family-related matters, wills, and estate administration.
